Flow

Switched from an other platform to Shopify and the Flow theme has worked a treat! Love the layout and a huge shoutout to the support team who are quick to respond (no matter how trivial my earlier requests were). Always helps having peace of mind of working with a proactive team and the nice updates they do to the theme. Cheers.

Huge thank you to the team at Eight Themes! Their response time was incredibly fast, and they were so helpful and professional throughout the process. It made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team if you’re after great service and quick support.

I'm very happy with this theme. I think it looks great and has a good user experience. If you ever run into issues or you want to customize something and are not sure how, the support is awesome. They're so fast and so helpful. I only have good things to say!

We’ve used the Flow theme for over 3 years. Early on there was a learning curve and slower support, but the team has made major improvements. Today it’s easy to use, stable, and beautifully designed. Dale is excellent and brings technical skill, patience, and genuine kindness. The team appears based in South Africa, so replies may arrive overnight for U.S. users. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with the quick professional response from the support team. They made it so easy for me to fix my issue in just a few minutes and made sure to follow up to ensure things were working.

Flow is an outstanding theme — beautifully designed, intuitive to use, and exceptionally polished. The support from Dale has been nothing short of fantastic — fast, attentive, and refreshingly straightforward.

Absolutely love this theme! The design is elegant, modern, and fits my brand perfectly. Special thanks to Dale from the support team — he responded quickly and even shared a screen recording that made everything easy to follow. As a first-time Shopify user, I truly appreciated his kindness and clear guidance. Highly recommend!

Attractive theme. Quite customizable. Excellent support (especially Dale R).

I would rather drink a pint of bleach than have to build another website but then I found 'Flow' by Eight and this task went from being painful and dull to really exciting!! The theme is intuitive, really easy to customise to exactly what I want, and for the bits I couldn't customise myself, the support team at Eight rallied around and made it happen. Thoroughly recommend this theme, and Eight!

Happy and satisfied, love the theme and the team support , Obi from Lebanon :)
