Love the Focal theme. We've used it for a number of years and it's very stable, no glitches, stylish, modern, and offers all the latest bells and whistles. Maestroo continues to update and support it as Shopify evolves. Maestroo's tech support is excellent, prompt and knowledgeable.

I've had great luck with this theme. It's a bit older now, but I've still been happy with it. Their support is great and usually gets back withing 24 hours and is very happy to help with directions and offering to do it for me when it's complicated.

Wort theme ever, do not fight with it, difficult to make simple actions like putting my logo in my footer page on top of a text or buttom. if you want to put a logo it takes a hole block. no good

DNT BUY THIS, The theme feels very basic and limited, even compared to free themes. It lacks essential flexibility.On the product page, you can’t move key elements like the title, price, or rating. On the collection page, the description is fixed at the top with no option to move it below the products unless you edit the code.it has one css file handling all the theme code, which totally pathetic.

Not getting support for custom liquid options are not showing in cart page.

I've used the Focal Theme for 5 years on my eCommerce. It remains current in design and technology with constant updates. The support is fast and efficient. My last help was with Zor Lima, who solved my issue. Using a paid theme is worthwhile due to the excellent support service.

Das Focal wurde uns empfohlen - es ist auch recht schön und man kann einiges einstellen, aber eben auch sehr viel nicht. Wir haben auch immer wieder das Problem, dass Vorlagen verschwinden. Vor allem auf der Startseite. Videos bspw. laufen im Theme, auf der Webseite aber nicht. Keine weitere Einstellung gefunden um diese Probleme zu lösen, auch unsere Programierer weiß nicht weiter. Schade
