We have a video playing in the background on one of our client’s websites. There is no audio on the video. However, since the theme ‘auto mutes’ the video in the background by default, when viewing the video on mobile from Vimeo it shows the ‘tap to unmute’ symbol in front of the video, which is not desirable and is very noticeable. I contacted the support team and they don't to fixed it.
We're sorry to hear about your bad experience. Indeed, autoplay requires video to be muted, which is a requirement of browsers. When using Vimeo, they currently show an auto-mute symbol, which cannot be controlled (this all happens on Vimeo side). We hope for Shopify to allow in the future the ability to upload MP4 video directly in the editor to improve video support :).
Paguei em um tema que não faz integração com os checkouts do Brasil e ainda por cima não fica com velocidade nem razoável. Tentei falar com o suporte, mas não fizeram nada...falam que está compatível. Usem um tema gratuito mesmo - pagar e ter zero suporte não compensa.
We're sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with our theme. However, as said at support, we do not cover third-party checkouts as those are not part of the core platform of Shopify. Our themes are made to work with Shopify official checkout exclusively, while third-party checkouts must be supported by their respective developers.
The guys that did this theme are amazing. I've installed the theme, and reached out to them to see if they could do couple of little tweaks on it. ( Swap the position of the slideshow header & description. ) They did it for free. ( Where Shopify professionals asked for $200+. ) On too of that, they're polite, fast to respond to the emails, and really helpful.
Absolutely great experience!!! Thanks a lot! - fast response time (within 3h only I already had my answers I was looking for) - very friendly and professional response - well explained answers with screen shot to make it easy to understand and to follow the support instructions - Jamey also took a look at my store to support with the issues I had. That's real customer service!

- Product that contains only a 3D model (without any other images) will now show up properly.
- Searches will no longer show an error if the customer enter a search containing the % character.
- Pinterest sharing will now show the featured media.

Added
- The "Custom HTML" and "Custom Liquid" sections now have a new "Add vertical spacing" to remove the spacing added by the section. This is useful for adding tracking code or app code without causing the section to takes visual space.
- Duties are now displayed on order page (for international orders).
Fixes
- Fixed an issue introduced in version 8.7.7 where the theme would show "undefined" for the cart item count for a fraction of seconds upon product add.
- In the footer, the country selector is now aligned on the left to prevent to overflow the screen in case merchants have enabled a large number of countries.

- When filtering by variant in collection page, the secondary image on hover will now show the image after the image attached to the variant, instead of showing the second image in the whole list of media.

- Fix a bug that could prevent collection images to be visible when images have a very tall ratio.
- Fix a bug where, in rare cases, a variant combination that does not exist could be selected, which made other properties like featured media or price to not update properly.
