This is a great Theme, with a lot of functionality, really cool design, and easy to modify templates, when needed. I had to contact support for assistance with a problem, and while the responses and fix took a little while (it appears there is a 12h time difference between them and the US), they were able to quickly determine the cause and fix it in a reasonable amount of time.
Today (again) i found out a cool way how i can customize my product page. Focal is so incredibly flexible regarding available sections. I just love it! And the support helps fast!
We're super happy with this theme and can highly recommend it. It also works very well and the few compatibility hiccups we have come across have been dealt with extremely quick and professional.
Changing a Sad Face to Happy Face, as Maestrooo actually went above and beyond to help us. Literally miles better than Shopify Support, who we lost days of time communicating with for no reason/help at all.
We're sorry to hear you're having a painful experience here. Unfortunately, the upgrade process is entirely managed by Shopify and not part of us. However, upgrading is completely optional, and your store remains fully functional even if you do not upgrade. I have gave more information in the email you sent to us.

Fixes
- Fix a bug that could prevent collection images to be visible when images have a very tall ratio.
- Fix a bug where, in rare cases, a variant combination that does not exist could be selected, which made other properties like featured media or price to not update properly.

- Country selector is now turned off by default in the header to prevent long list of countries to show up after enabling Shopify Markets. For the best user experiences, merchant should install the free Shopify Geolocation to automatically recommend the most appropriate country based on customer geographical location.

- For stores in Japanese, the prefecture on addresses will now be properly selected.
- When the "Collection page" section is visually hidden on collection template, the "Filters" and "Sort by" options will also be hidden automatically.
