Fantastic support. Fast and responsive theme fully optimized for mobile. Highly recommend.
This is a great Theme, with a lot of functionality, really cool design, and easy to modify templates, when needed. I had to contact support for assistance with a problem, and while the responses and fix took a little while (it appears there is a 12h time difference between them and the US), they were able to quickly determine the cause and fix it in a reasonable amount of time.
Today (again) i found out a cool way how i can customize my product page. Focal is so incredibly flexible regarding available sections. I just love it! And the support helps fast!
We're super happy with this theme and can highly recommend it. It also works very well and the few compatibility hiccups we have come across have been dealt with extremely quick and professional.

Version 8.11.3 - August 30, 2022
Improved
- When connecting a page as a tab content, the theme will now use first the "title" setting (if entered) and fallback to the page title otherwise. This allows merchants to override a tab title without having to manually change a page title.
