Removed

• Shopify has deprecated the usage of multiple colors for metaobject collection filtering, and this feature has been removed from our theme. This feature was launched a few months ago but has not been adopted by merchants yet, so this removal should not impact most of the merchants.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where video controls on iOS would not work when the video was configured to autoplay, even if merchant has configured to show the video controls.
• Fixed an issue where the "Variant image options" setting for the variant picker would not work as expected when color mode was set to Swatch.
• Fixed an issue where some elements could be positioned incorrectly when the announcement bar would be removed from the store.

Improved

• Due to some confusion around the new native color swatch feature, we have improved the compatibility with the old "config-based system" to better align with how it used to work. Starting from this release,the "Swatch selector style" option in the theme editor will also apply to config-based vintage color swatches, and not only to the native color swatches.

If you are using this theme on a new store, we highly encourage you to reach Shopify support and ask them to have the product taxonomy feature enabled on your store, so that you can take advantage of native color swatches right away.

Added

• Support for native color swatches has been added. You can now directly specify color swatch for product options right from Shopify admin. For compatibility reason, the old system can still be used, but merchants are encouraged to migrate to the new system.
