I'm new to Shopify but the Focal Theme is extremely intuitive to work with and it also has great functionality! Whenever I run into a task that I can't handle, Maestroo's support has been outstanding. I recently needed to replace the "Add to Cart" button with a "Call for Information" button. After a quick support request, Eduardo sent me a one minute video showing me exactly what I needed to do!
I've been working with Shopify and theme developers for 10+ years, and themes are only as good as their development team and their support, and Maestrooo is fantastic. We've gotten a lot out of Focal as a theme, and it fits our needs really well, but I'm most impressed with Maestrooo's support responses - very prompt and helpful. No theme is perfect, but I'll work with Maestrooo any day.
I love Focal design and features. I had to contact the theme author/ customer support to get help on the feature related to recommended products of the cart. I was assisted by Karla Stromberg who promptly helped me and was very kind to explain me what was the problem and to provide me solution. I really liked and would definitely recommend this theme especially due to the customer service
Support is terrible , takes weeks to answer a question , before you buy any thing from Maestroo you should look at theire support policy , it's very limiting . they want your money , not your success . won't recommend unless you have vast coding experience since it won't fit your needs , and doesn't follow World Standards for e - commerce
