We have a video playing in the background on one of our client’s websites. There is no audio on the video. However, since the theme ‘auto mutes’ the video in the background by default, when viewing the video on mobile from Vimeo it shows the ‘tap to unmute’ symbol in front of the video, which is not desirable and is very noticeable. I contacted the support team and they don't to fixed it.
We're sorry to hear about your bad experience. Indeed, autoplay requires video to be muted, which is a requirement of browsers. When using Vimeo, they currently show an auto-mute symbol, which cannot be controlled (this all happens on Vimeo side). We hope for Shopify to allow in the future the ability to upload MP4 video directly in the editor to improve video support :).
Paguei em um tema que não faz integração com os checkouts do Brasil e ainda por cima não fica com velocidade nem razoável. Tentei falar com o suporte, mas não fizeram nada...falam que está compatível. Usem um tema gratuito mesmo - pagar e ter zero suporte não compensa.
We're sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with our theme. However, as said at support, we do not cover third-party checkouts as those are not part of the core platform of Shopify. Our themes are made to work with Shopify official checkout exclusively, while third-party checkouts must be supported by their respective developers.
The guys that did this theme are amazing. I've installed the theme, and reached out to them to see if they could do couple of little tweaks on it. ( Swap the position of the slideshow header & description. ) They did it for free. ( Where Shopify professionals asked for $200+. ) On too of that, they're polite, fast to respond to the emails, and really helpful.
Absolutely great experience!!! Thanks a lot! - fast response time (within 3h only I already had my answers I was looking for) - very friendly and professional response - well explained answers with screen shot to make it easy to understand and to follow the support instructions - Jamey also took a look at my store to support with the issues I had. That's real customer service!

- The free shipping bar feature will now exclude non-physical items (such as gift cards) for the free shipping calculation, so that it is consistent with how Shopify calculates it.
- Google microdata schema is improved: for merchants using GTIN/MPN barcode for multi-variants product, the barcode will now be outputted per variant instead of per product.

- The collection title can now be removed from collection. This can be useful if you have busy collection image where the title may interfere with the image.

- Improve collection page performance when using color swatch for products with large number of variants.
- Improve image quality for the "Promotion block" section when using full-width block item.
- Fixed incorrect spacing between collection title and description for collections that do not have collection image.

- We have changed the minimum logo width on mobile from 50px to 25px, so that you can use a wider range of logo styles.
