Huge pictures which is really great if that's what you want. Works seamlessly with Shopify. But the best thing is the customer support. I've had to contact them every once in awhile (honestly it's been few and far between) and they get back to me in less than 24 hours usually, and I haven't yet had a situation where they haven't solved the issue! Very happy and highly recommend! 👍🏻

My store will stuck on loading at the "Thank you" page, sent a support request 6 days ago but still no response. Shopify official support advised this is a "Third-party theme so they won't be able to access and fix the issue. Update - The issue seems to be misinformed by Shopify, theme support responded to my first request but the email is missing. They reached out 2nd time to help.
We're sorry to hear about your bad experience. However, as we explained you at support, the thank you page and the whole checkout process is NOT controlled by us, but entirely by Shopify. You got misinformed by Shopify support, but here you will need to reach their support again. We can't do any debug for checkout as we simply don't have access to this part of the system.

we bought this theme for certain functions and integrations with apps like Zepto product personalize.. however, it's not user-friendly and the support isn't responsive.. there's nothing like a live chat. They take over 48 hours to reply to mail.. we currently use page-fly which has live support and can help you fix things if you have issues with it but I can't say the same for focal..

We indeed do not offer live chat for support, but we can see that we answered your two emails in less than 24h (and not over 48h as you are stating). Also, we do not provide any support for apps. Apps are supported by their own developers, so if you're having issue with a specific app like Zepto, you need to reach them directly.

Support for finalizing my store’s website was provided by a girl named Karla. Clearly, quickly, to the point. Excellent support, I'm very pleased! Many thanks to the guys and especially to Karla from this company - everything is very cool!

- Added support for image filters. Image filters are a new kind of filters that can be created using metaobjects, and allow to show small images without cropping theme (as opposed to swatch images, that are useful for colors and patterns). You can learn more about how to setup visual filters in Shopify documentation.

- Fixed a regression introduced in version 12.0.0 that would cause the quick buy to break the second time it would be open on a given page, if the same product appears multiple times on the same page.
