They have very limited customization options on the theme. On the image banners, there is no option for image sizing, like I uploaded an image height of 500 px, but it's zoomed in automatically. On the image gallery there are no option of how many images can I put in one line.

As for the image gallery, this section has a limit of 6 images, so this is the maximum number of images that can be in 1 line. You can read more about this section in our Manual or Video Manuals. No limits.
