I will mimic OakTree Supply's recent review of the Galleria Theme and Mile High Themes Support in general! We've also been using the Galleria theme for several years and each time I've had to reach out to Mile High Themes for support to "work around" other app developers apps shortcomings, MHT have been extremely timely and super helpful to resolve issues. Galleria is a stable and wonderful theme!
We've been using the Galleria theme for several years now and the biggest thing that stands out is the support from the developers. We've needed help with customizations, upgrades and bug fixes (usually stemming from other apps not issues with the theme) and they have always been quick to respond and incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend using any of their themes!
This theme has great and customizable features. It meets the needs of my store. The developers are supportive & dedicated in providing solution to all my issues. I recommend this theme.
Love this theme! We had some issues at one point with some coding and the support was AMAZING! They solved it and fixed it right away! Couldn’t be happier.

Using Galleria for years. Works great and has great features. We did have an issue with pictures from being able to enlarge on the reactive side. I contacted the developer, and gave them access to our store, and they fixed the coding in minutes. It now works great. Amazing service through out with multiple communications in minutes. thank you :)
The theme has a pretty steep learning curve, but the support is super helpful, making sure you get the most out of your investment compared to a free theme!
Galleria is a recommended theme that is easy to use even in Japanese. You can rest assured that the support staff will respond quickly and kindly.
I run two separate online stores and both use different Mile High Themes so cater for the needs of the market of each store. Not only are the two themes easy to use and contain all the features I need but the support from Mile High Themes has always been fantastic. Not only in the lead up to purchasing and launch of the theme but even well after launch date.
The theme works really well, and the support has been great when we needed it.
