ven $100 is too expensive for such a useless theme. It lacks basic customization options, like adjusting the padding of sections, choosing the number of collections to display, and customizing text alignment for the announcement bar. There are so many other limitations. Even free themes offer more customization options than this.
Just started using GEM after wanting a fresh glow up from using DAWN for years. It's been great to use - and customer service has been fab. Can't wait to delve more into the theme and all it's awesome functionality
The theme is easy to use and anything that requires additional support gets responses from the support very quickly. The team made custom fixes in a super timely manner!
