I really like their design, and the support team responds to questions very quickly.
Great theme as so much is offered with it for my British luxury watch store. And the help from the team has been spot-on. Very happy!
The theme is very slow and will lag. It has okay customizable options but could use more still, And the Biggest thing is it doesn't get updated at all, even since the release on June 9, 2023, (3 months and 3 weeks ago from the time of posting this review)

Theme is awesome, this is my 3rd theme in 5 years and it's by far the best. Video's look sweet and it all works smoothly! I have needed a couple custom edits and Glenn always gets back to me pretty quick with some code. The man's is a magician!
Gem v2 comes with big performance wins, bug fixes, and a lot of other goodies under the hood! We’ve prioritized performance in this update and have made significant progress in reducing page load time. Behind the scenes, we’ve restructured the underlying architecture with Liquid Theme Components, bringing a number of developer experience improvements, better conventions and more modular code, as well as easier theme updates going forward.
