Grid

I downloaded this theme 2 days ago and was so pleased with how it looked. I discovered yesterday that it doesn't work on the iPad screen. We tested it on 3 different iPads. This may be a glitch in the system and hopefully it can be rectified if only Someone from the tech team would reply to my 2 emails which I sent over 36 hours. Terrible customer service. I've no doubt lost sales because of this.

Grid is a beautiful, clean theme that is super easy to work with. I especially love that a video feature has been added! The Pixel Union team is extremely helpful and has been able to answer all of my questions, no matter how complicated. Kate is an absolute rockstar!

I like this theme a lot for my ecommerce store. The layout is different than what I'm used to seeing from ecommerce sites. Kate was very helpful. I'm having a little trouble formatting the blog, but I'm sure they'll be able to help me out with it as Kate was very helpful with my last question. Thanks,

This is our first Shopify theme, and we are very happy with what we chose. It is clean, easy to use and has many home page options for us to play around with. Robert and the team are very responsive and helpful with any questions or minor fixes I have been unable to take care of myself. I would recommend this theme.
