I love the design for our shop. It's very changeable and customizable. I had a display error on the home page and support helped me and solved the problem on the same day. I can recommend Pixel Union and the theme is beautiful.

This is far from optimised for mobile devices and the author doesn't seem to be interested in fixing some of the issues, instead suggesting we just "edit the code ourselves". Lot's of really obvious UX flaws too. All the "featured stores using this theme" have clearly modified the theme extensively.
