After having a slight issue with my storefront following an update to the Honey Theme, I was contacted by the support team within literal minutes to get the issue resolved. They were incredibly helpful, and the Coder even worked on my site over the weekend to get the issue resolved for me. I am incredibly happy with the Theme, as well as the support I received. I'm super impressed with Honey. I tried so many themes before picking this one. The beautiful design, font choice, and layout options are fantastic, and the customization possibilities are extensive. I started with the Treasure layout and was able to customize it for my brand easily. On a few occasions when I encountered challenges, Michael provided exceptional support. Highly recommend!

This theme is not working so well for us when transferring from a stock theme in terms of it cropping a lot of our images, even though we have now resized them ratio-wise....it is costing some days of lost productivity to troubleshoot... 'Support' has been very quick and friendly when engaged by email.

Easy theme to use, maybe missing some features at the moment to customize more things but updates come out regularly. Furthermore, I had some problems while installing and setting up the shop but the support helped me quickly with this.

  • We added a setting to the Header to allow the same color scheme to be applied both before and after scroll.

  • We fixed an issue that rendered a duplicate text protection layer on the Hero video section.
  • We centered the alignment of Complementary products on the cart page.
  • We fixed an issue that caused the hover state to be disabled on desktop touch screens.
  • We updated the Header to apply the same font on desktop and mobile.
  • We fixed an issue that added a white line between the announcement bar and the Header when the transparent header was active.
  • We fixed an issue that rendered the Table section incorrectly when a row name was empty.
  • We fixed an issue that caused custom options to be hidden on the cart when the product had no variants.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented users from clicking the product checkbox on the Shop the look section.
