I have lost thousands because of you well-known error that have been happening with your official Horizon theme inside facebook/instagram/tiktok app. All the app couldn't show to customer properly working site. You have been knowing about this at least since 7th on June. Thousands! I am looking to be compansated. All the Horizon users should have been informed!
I'm using the Horizon theme and have identified a navigation issue that appears specifically within Instagram’s in-app browser. Issue: The initial page loads correctly when opened from Instagram (for example: homepage, product page, or contact page). However, any further navigation within the website causes the page to turn into a blank white screen. This issue seems to be related to the Horizon

payment icons not working on website. please fix. also please add more options in product pages. add to wishlist also
We appreciate you flagging this. Payment icons are expected to appear in Horizon, but it is a known issue if you are not using Shopify Payments as your provider. Theme provided a great starting point for my web store, has everything I needed and all functions work perfectly.

Critical bug: Theme is unusable for mobile ad traffic. It freezes completely in the FB/IG Android in-app browser after the first page load. Tested on a fresh install and the issue persists. This is a framework-level conflict with recent Android WebView updates causing a render deadlock. My store is broken for mobile users, causing a total loss of ad spend. Please fix urgently.
