I'm using the Horizon theme and have identified what appears to be a navigation issue within Instagram's in-app browser. Issue: The initial page loads correctly from Instagram (e.g. homepage, product page, contact page). Any subsequent navigation within the site results in a blank white screen. This is a specific to the Horizon theme's navigation behaviour within Instagram's in-app browser

Critical bug: Theme is unusable for mobile ad traffic. It freezes completely in the FB/IG Android in-app browser after the first page load. Tested on a fresh install and the issue persists. This is a framework-level conflict with recent Android WebView updates causing a render deadlock. My store is broken for mobile users, causing a total loss of ad spend. Please fix urgently.
Thanks for flagging this. This is a recent bug we are seeing and our developers are aware, so please contact our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) so we can review your theme and implement a workaround if possible.

Thanks for sharing this. The Buy it now button should display correctly in Horizon, so this sounds like something we should review more closely with your store’s setup. Please reach out through our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) so we can take a closer look and help troubleshoot.
sections are not working properly, view all button is available in header section but it should be in sections. and main problem is that heroslides and banner size adaption. Images are not fitting automatically.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! You can adjust image settings to better fit different screen sizes. Please check our image best practices guide (https://bit.ly/3PQETTU). Images embedded in blog posts via the rich text editor are not displayed at the size specified in the editor. It appears that the image dimensions set in the editor are not recognised. Now I found out, that if you go into "Edit image" and chose in the dropdown one of the predefined sizes like "Product thumbnail (240px)" the image is shown in this size.
Hi there, thank you for your review and insights. Manually resizing images in the editor sets HTML dimensions, which most themes override for responsive layouts. Predefined sizes in the editor change the actual image source and display reliably. For more details or assistance, please contact Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA).
Mobile view is terrible and there is no way to fix it, or rather, if you fix mobile view then desktop matches mobile which obviously doesn't work. I've tried everything from reducing font size + images, inserting liquid CSS, talking to Assistance - nothing! Unless there will be an update soon I will have to consider an alternative theme or platform.
We appreciate your feedback on the Horizon theme. Balancing mobile and desktop views can be challenging. While we've noted your concerns for future updates, we recommend reaching out to our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) to explore potential solutions specific to your setup. They can provide guidance on how to best implement this.
