We had an amazing experience at the beginning. The team has not been updating nor taking care of the theme. SEO issues, lack of options, not upgraded to shopify 3.0. What a shame had high hopes for them.

A cooperative and quick-responding team, and whatever your request is, they will implement it to the fullest.
