Icon

Very happy with my theme, also had an issue with some coding that has been put in by my programmer and the Underground team helped me fix it within hours even though the issue was not with the theme itself. Great customer care!

This theme has been a great fit for our store for a while now. The updates help us stay current. Their support is also prompt and easy to work with!

As a new Shopify user, I had an added layer of learning, but this theme is great! My website is going to be so wonderful when completed, and Kaytee was such an amazing help from support!!!

Great theme! Easy to use and make minor customizations. We've received feedback that it is a great theme for SEO. Some things we wish we could edit within the theme: Add more products per page, up to 72 or even 100+. Allow customers to choose how many products they view per page. Make the collection description block collapsible.

Very beautiful theme and easy to work with. I just had one big problem (which must have come from me) but customer service got me out of it. Thanks again !

Great and responsive customer service! Love it! Definitely a 5-star service!

Great support! Really happy with it.

We've been using the Icon theme for over 5 years through all of its updates and upgrades. The theme has always been very stable and is highly recommended. The code is very user friendly, clean and understandable. The upgrades are relevant and useful as our business grows and evolves. Their support team is very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable (shout out to Tiffany!)
