Satisfied with this theme after using for 1 year. Any issues that I have Tiffany responds quickly to resolve. Customer service is on point. Happy customer will continue to use!! TY!
Jason the Support Developer and Tiffany Casey were able to help me, and the service is good. The theme Icon is a good theme for an online shop.
I was working on 2 of the themes they offer to see which meets my needs. When I decided. I accidentally activated the wrong theme. I hurried up and corrected it and tried to contact them for support and I have tried to get this resolved but they did not help at all. Paid for 2 themes when only 1 was needed. I would not recommend them at all.
👋 Hi Angela, Our support team did reply to both of your emails back in January correctly informing you that you would need to reach the Shopify billing and support team. Theme charges are billed to your Shopify account and not directly with the theme developer. Their team will be able to correct and switch the purchase for you within your account.
I had great experience with customer support, which is the most important for me!
