Ignite and Benchmark have been excellent. I’ve been using the theme since September for my first Shopify store. Other themes quickly became a headache, often needing extra paid apps for basic things. Ignite is a completely different experience — intuitive, thoughtfully designed and packed with useful built-in functionality. The team also actively improve the theme and listen to user feedback.

The definition of premium. This theme has a long list of flexible and thoughtful features, is well optimised, and contains professional, high quality code. Support is super responsive, and the theme is consistently updated. Can't ask for much more in a theme.

This is our first Shopify store and the team at Benchmark has been nothing but helpful. As a smaller family-owned business, we really appreciate the help and collaboration with other small teams. Technical support was able to fix my problem next day and update the theme, so the problem does not affect anyone else. I will be using this theme again if I ever need to open another page.
