We're disappointed that you left a review before getting in touch with our support team. If you could elaborate on what's 'bad', we'd be genuinely happy to help - we're awaiting your email. Theme purchases are handled directly by Shopify, and they don't issue refunds unfortunately. The idea is that the free unlimited trial is enough time to asses suitability.

This theme has been very flexible around the needs we have - and have allowed us to be more creative than a lot of similar themes. Customisation is pretty intuitive beyond just an aesthetic level but also functionally. The support team has also been very helpful in regards to the two small issues we've had with it - communicative and thorough!

This is easily the best theme on the theme store, going into 2026. We've used it for a few different stores now, and it's pretty awesome how much is built into it. We haven't run into any real bugs yet, and it's coded in a way that making your own edits isn't a nightmare. Great job, Benchmark! :)

My team was very hesitant to spend this kind of money on a theme to launch. We are new to building an online web store and wanted to keep things simple. We chose Alpha because of the reviews and already love and confirmed our choice.
