My team was very hesitant to spend this kind of money on a theme to launch. We are new to building an online web store and wanted to keep things simple. We chose Alpha because of the reviews and already love and confirmed our choice. We were struggling to configure the YMM filter, sent an email, and got a detailed perfect response back that resolved our issue. Customer service top notch!
