Still learning to navigate the theme. But so far so good. Support has been prompt which is very promising.

Hi , just bought that theme to upgrade my shopify shop, and that impact theme is a must have ! i've implemented myself it's pretty easy but i still encounter a small misunderstood, and asked for help to the team that made impact, and they gave me a quick help really fast ! Now every thing is perfect ! Thanks

I now have 2 stores running on Impact theme. It’s super fast (pages load almost instantly!), and the mobile responsiveness is excellent. I love how easy it is to customize sections without needing to touch any code. Big thumbs up to the developers — this is one of the best themes on Shopify. We’ve encountered multiple issues with the theme and have reached out to the developers several times without receiving any response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support.

We have used this theme for our store in Germany for a while now. It has a lot of features. The best is the support. When we needed to customize something in the theme, Karla Stromberg replied promptly with an adequate answer, that worked like a charm... keep it on

This is such a friendly and powerful theme. I've been upgrading from Shopify's Dawn theme and, once I got a handle on all the new customizations available, it was smooth sailing. I've been extending it further with custom blocks - I hit a snag that I knew was my problem but I emailed the developer anyway. He got back to me in a few hours with a clear solution and screenshots. Highly recommend!

This theme is beautiful, functional, and feature-packed. They also have amazing support that helped me through some self-inflicted issues and even assisted me with a quick theme edit. 10/10
