I encountered numerous issues while configuring the theme and sent an email to ask for help. However, it has been three days since I sent that email, and I haven't received reply! The theme itself is great and has a lot of potential. However, the documentation website is a major frustration. It constantly freezes, loads very slowly, or becomes unusable, making it extremely difficult to find the information you need. A theme is only as good as its support, and that is where Impact stands out: Karla has always helped us quickly and with concrete answers. One wish: manual control over heading tags (H1, H2 and so on) for cleaner SEO structure. Aside from that, a flexible, reliable theme we recommend.

We’ve been using the Impact theme for our Shopify shop for two years now and are very happy with it. It’s easy to use and intuitive. We absolutely love this theme and development house. This is our second theme from Maestrooo (after previously using Warehouse). The developer is very responsive and helpful, and they are quite proactive in updating their themes to take advantage of the latest Shopify enhancements/architecture changes. Can't recommend them enough.
