Have been using this theme for a few stores since 2023 and everything is fine, support is quick and helpful.

Good theme but it is outdated and doesn't have the options that newer Shopify themes have and is missing some blocks that are common in many other Shopify themes. While the developer not updating this theme makes sense as it would breakdown some existing features. You should not spend your money, if you're buying a new theme, you should look to buy a new one that supports Shopify's new features.

We unfortunately cannot upgrade Impact to color schemes as this would break all existing merchants. We have a strict non-breaking policy to allow merchants to upgrade. We would have appreciated you to reach us first at support (we could not find any ticket from you) so we could explain you the reason, as this review feels very unfair. This is unfortunately not possible, sorry. The products are real-life products that belong to their respective brands, it is therefore not possible to redistribute them to merchants. However, when you install the theme, sections will be pre-added similar to the demo, but you will need to fill with your own content and products.
