We have several online stores all with different themes. The Impact theme is the best by far - it has really great features, its modern and the support team are very helpful!
Bad experience because the filter at the bottom right does not allow you to correctly insert the support or newsletter plugin (bottom right or left) in the mobile version because it overlaps. The support 0 stars because it did not help to solve the problem. They added an extra feature without thinking about the basic features of the filter location in the collections.

Nice clean professional theme. Lots of easy ways to customize it without requiring a bunch of code changes. Reached out once for support for a question and received response back within a few minutes. Crazy fast! The tech Eduardo that responded was knowledgeable and very clear on how to resolve. If you are upgrading from an older versions, there are a number of breaking changes that you need to be aware of. Please read carefully the release note for more information.
[BREAKING CHANGE 1] If you are using the "Product variations" feature (which allows to link different products on the same product page), it might stop showing variations on the new version, due to the renaming of some settings. To fix the issue, you will need to go back to the "Product variations" block and re-select the desired option style.
[BREAKING CHANGE 2] If you are using the feature to show variant image for color selectors, this will stop working after upgrading to this new version. Please follow the new instructions here: https://impact-theme.helpscoutdocs.com/article/555-variant-images-for-color-option
[BREAKING CHANGE] As a consequence of this change, the Show empty filter values setting in the Collection template has been removed. Merchants who wish to control how empty filter values are treated must configure it in the app after upgrading their theme.
Slideshow section now supports video, in addition to images. Some settings have been renamed to better convey the new capabilities.
You can now upload a different mobile video for the "Video" section.
The "Collapsible text" block on product section now also supports pulling content from a page. This can be useful if you have rich content (with images and tables) to show in a collapsible, and that the theme editor rich text is too limited.
