We’ve encountered multiple issues with the theme and have reached out to the developers several times without receiving any response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support.
We've only received one email from you, that we've answered in less than 3 hours. When we asked you screenshots of the emails you've sent, we did not get any details from you. Regarding your question, our support team has reached you back, but as said, it is unrelated to the theme (but to apps you're using).

We have used this theme for our store in Germany for a while now. It has a lot of features. The best is the support. When we needed to customize something in the theme, Karla Stromberg replied promptly with an adequate answer, that worked like a charm... keep it on

This is such a friendly and powerful theme. I've been upgrading from Shopify's Dawn theme and, once I got a handle on all the new customizations available, it was smooth sailing. I've been extending it further with custom blocks - I hit a snag that I knew was my problem but I emailed the developer anyway. He got back to me in a few hours with a clear solution and screenshots. Highly recommend!

Support team is super helpful, and they helped us resolve an issue that the Shopify platform in itself was experiencing.
As we explained at support, the issue you are facing is unrelated to the theme. It is due to a bug at the Shopify platform level, which can't be fixed on our end. We have made a detailed report to Shopify engineering team, but at this stage this issue is not fixable on our end. We will let you know once we hear back from Shopify.

- Added support for conditional settings: settings now automatically show or hide based on the value of another setting, reducing visual clutter and improving usability and discoverability in the theme editor.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue in the 'Slideshow' section where, in some cases, the button was not clickable.
- The theme now renders unit prices using the new 'unit_price_with_measurement' filter, allowing unit prices to be automatically localized.
- [Accessibility] The shop name will now be used as a default text for the logo image, if no alt tag has been explicitly set by the merchant.
- Fixed an issue in the 'Comparison Table' section where disabling the 'Show Info' setting would incorrectly hide the product image.
- Fixed an issue where media was not displaying when a dynamic resource such as a product's featured image was set in the theme settings.
- Fixed an issue where the search results in the search drawer did not display correctly when there were more than three categories.
- Fixed an issue in the “Comparison Table” section where the “Rows revealed by default” setting did not display the specified rows. Also fixed the “View Less” button, which did not hide the rows that were initially meant to be collapsed.

- The image is now clickable in the "complementary products" block on the product page.
- Support multiple "product variations" block on the product page.
- Improved product card hover secondary image when product has color swatch
