We are extremely unsatisfied. Our ads and marketing budget was going down the drain for around a week due to a malfunction in the impact theme. Our customers were not able to remove items from the cart which led to major sales decrease. After making sure it was from your side we contacted you, but no one answered! We request a refund.
As we explained at support, the issue you are facing is unrelated to the theme. It is due to a bug at the Shopify platform level, which can't be fixed on our end. We have made a detailed report to Shopify engineering team, but at this stage this issue is not fixable on our end. We will let you know once we hear back from Shopify.

Unfortunately, we’re experiencing a recurring critical issue with this theme. After the latest update, several product metafields in our default language (German) started showing incorrect content — like material descriptions from unrelated products. German is where we manage all product data, and only this version is affected. English translations remain correct. The same issue happened before
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However this issue is completely unrelated to the theme. The theme has no ability to change the translations or metafields. Our support team has reached you back to try to give you more info about your problem.

- Fixed an accessibility issue for Safari users using a keyboard on mobile phone, where the focus would not be trap inside the navigation menu.
- Fixed an accessibility issue where the video on the dedicated "video" section could not be started using the keyboard only.
- Improved accessibility for the before/after section, that can now be fully controllable using keyboard.
Developers
- We have removed the importmap polyfill from the theme, as Shopify will now automatically load importmap polyfill for older browsers. This change should not impact any customizations.

- We have simplified how Shopify Functions validation messages appear in cart and drawer to make them slightly less proeminent.
- Ensure that gift card recipient email length can't exceed 138 characters (which is a limit enforced by Shopify).
Developers
- Impact now includes several theme blocks as part of the code. Theme blocks are a new Shopify feature that allows reusable Liquid components within sections and enables nesting. However, migrating existing sections to theme blocks isn't currently feasible for existing themes, as this would be a breaking change that would break existing stores. While Shopify has yet to announce any migration tools, we've introduced a set of foundational theme blocks in Impact. This update empowers developers, agencies, and technical merchants to build custom sections more efficiently by leveraging pre-defined blocks that integrate seamlessly with the theme's code and design. This release includes the following foundational theme blocks: accordion, button, button group, heading, icon, Liquid code, rich text, page content, image, video, and badge.
