Overall, a solid theme that adds a handful of semi-useful bells and whistles to the Dawn theme with some odd UX omissions—Missing crumbtrails and next/previous arrows in product details, can't hyperlink banners/images without using a button(!?), inconsistent or missing customization features in blocks ... make this theme feel underbaked, despite the style upgrade. Marginal speed improvement.
Avoid using this theme if you add anything outside of shopify's own apps. We had an issue with the size variant being hidden after updating to the latest version of the theme which made the theme unusable. We contacted support and all they did tell us it must be something we added custom. No insights on to possible conflicts or any real help. They don't care, don't waste your money.
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble. However, as we've explained to you, you are using a color swatch app, hence not using the theme default capability. When you upgrade your theme, reconfiguring apps can be needed. Our support does not cover that, and we don't have knowledge about how a specific app works. If you are upgrading from an older versions, there are a number of breaking changes that you need to be aware of. Please read carefully the release note for more information.
[BREAKING CHANGE 1] If you are using the "Product variations" feature (which allows to link different products on the same product page), it might stop showing variations on the new version, due to the renaming of some settings. To fix the issue, you will need to go back to the "Product variations" block and re-select the desired option style.
[BREAKING CHANGE 2] If you are using the feature to show variant image for color selectors, this will stop working after upgrading to this new version. Please follow the new instructions here: https://impact-theme.helpscoutdocs.com/article/555-variant-images-for-color-option
[BREAKING CHANGE] As a consequence of this change, the Show empty filter values setting in the Collection template has been removed. Merchants who wish to control how empty filter values are treated must configure it in the app after upgrading their theme.
Slideshow section now supports video, in addition to images. Some settings have been renamed to better convey the new capabilities.
You can now upload a different mobile video for the "Video" section.
