The Impact theme is a really good theme and I really love the comparison tables and the variety of options that this theme gives you. I absolutely recommend it! The Support has been awesome so far and Gilda Derisio really helped me solve an important issue very quickly!!!
After using the Theme for 2 Months, I'm very happy about the UX and UI of the IMPACT Theme. So far most things work fine. Support was fast and helpful, lets see in a couple of months.
I used this theme for a month, and the customer service was incredibly slow. It took at least two days to get a reply, I expected more for the price. Ended up switching to a different theme with better support. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for quick help.

If you are upgrading from an older versions, there are a number of breaking changes that you need to be aware of. Please read carefully the release note for more information.
[BREAKING CHANGE 1] If you are using the "Product variations" feature (which allows to link different products on the same product page), it might stop showing variations on the new version, due to the renaming of some settings. To fix the issue, you will need to go back to the "Product variations" block and re-select the desired option style.
[BREAKING CHANGE 2] If you are using the feature to show variant image for color selectors, this will stop working after upgrading to this new version. Please follow the new instructions here: https://impact-theme.helpscoutdocs.com/article/555-variant-images-for-color-option
[BREAKING CHANGE] As a consequence of this change, the Show empty filter values setting in the Collection template has been removed. Merchants who wish to control how empty filter values are treated must configure it in the app after upgrading their theme.
Slideshow section now supports video, in addition to images. Some settings have been renamed to better convey the new capabilities.
You can now upload a different mobile video for the "Video" section.
The "Collapsible text" block on product section now also supports pulling content from a page. This can be useful if you have rich content (with images and tables) to show in a collapsible, and that the theme editor rich text is too limited.
