The theme is beautiful, and exactly what I need for my business. I don’t have a huge range of products but it does really well. Excellent customer service, I’ve run in to trouble a few times trying to figure things out (not very tech savvy 😅) and the team has been incredible at helping me sort it out!
Recently I had an issue. I am not tech savvy. I used to have a coder prepared my site with Impulse Theme. I scrambled to fix it. First turned to Shopify Support. They cannot help me and directed me to Impulse Theme as I used this theme. Miguels from Impulse Theme is extremely patient, guided me, fed me information and fixed my issue. We have to purchase this theme because shopify forced us to either buy it or get suspended. the theme owner never refrenced anything, they simply claimed that our own custom made theme is a copy of thier theme. Shopify will give you only 2 choices, either buy the theme or get suspended first then you can challange the claim. so we had to buy it eventhough we will never use it
Theme layout and support are Fantastic
It is a good reliable theme, we have it for years. But the design has basically not changed in past five years and looks in the meantime a bit dated I find. And the design options are somewhat limited, e.g. not much flexibility to change the header design.
Smooth, seamless and is easy to the eyes. Also, if you need assistance or support with an issue or any concern, their support team is very helpful. Thank you very much!
I have impulse theme for more than 2 years , only had 2 small issues and they gave me guidance and help all the way , fixed all .. thank you to awesome geeks at impulse ..
The theme is well-designed and easy to customize, with a clean and modern look. However, I’m currently facing an issue with the "Quick Shop option on the collection page", which is not working as expected. It would be great if this could be fixed, as it impacts the shopping experience. Overall, a good theme with room for improvement.
