I purchased Dune for my shopify store, it has lots of issues with the images and text not transitioning correctly into the mobile version. I have been trying to get assistance for 7 days now and have accomplished not a single thing. I get one response per 24 hours via email, feels like I'm back in 1990 trying to get help from AOL. This is CRAZY, as long as they get their money they could care less

Endless unresolved issues. After almost 3 years, and $400USD down the drain. Unsupportive to say the least. I will never recommend Archetype.
