not happy with this very expensive but useless, no seo, no support, very bad scrolling on product page

Great theme, many features available for complex stores like ours (furniture & lighting). Frequent theme updates to to keep up with Shopify's non-stop new features! Most importantly, stellar support that always replies within 24 hours whenever questions occur.

The theme has an error in the theme.js file that is breaking my checkout process. Impulse doesn't have any chat support so I had to just wait with my website broken, and then the response was completely unhelpful. I'm out $400 and can't use the theme. Zero stars.

This theme is not seo frendly. Now a days every theme work on seo. they dont wok on it. No schema loke local business, website etc.. No h1 edit option, they are making a logo as h1 direcrtly only brand name. No proper faqs, question should be in h3 and answer should be in p tag. I think they should work on it asap.

Excellent support from Euwi. He understood exactly what I needed and helped implement the footer structure cleanly and professionally. The communication was clear, the turnaround was efficient, and the result matched the brief well. Euwi made the process much easier and gave me confidence in working further with the Impulse theme. Very happy with the support experience.

Theme is OK. Required a fair bit of customisation for it to be usable for us. Theme support is excellent though. Very fast and great communicaiton.

The theme is easy to use, and with a few view variations, it's easy to come up with something clean and unique. We always prioritised a simple them without too much clutter, and this theme allows us to do exactly that. Recently after an update, a small issue began to occur. We emailed support and Glenn and the team were super responsive in helping us to solve the issue, and patch it. Very stoked!
