Our support request was answered quickly and scheduled for review. After clearing the request for access, Shandy specifically, quickly found the issue with my upgrade to 9.2, fixed it and had up and running. It's been said many times but be very careful adding 3rd party app's to your live site. Your support should be at 100% for the timely help we needed. Thank you

A great clean theme that is very stable
We have been using the Impulse theme since 2020 and highly recommend it. In addition to the excellent theme, the support provided by the Archetype team has consistently exceeded our expectations.
For the price I’m disappointed! This theme is limited in its functionality. It lacks what many cheaper themes have. No image swatch or an option to Hide non-selected variant media. After paying so much you’d still need an app to get the basics.

I'm a novice with Shopify stores and Themes. When I came across what I thought was a flaw in the Impulse 9.0.0 theme, I reached out to Archetype Themes Support. They promptly worked with me to understand the issue. After analysis, it was quickly determined that I wasn’t configuring certain things correctly. Archetype Themes Support is outstanding. After an update, my site broke . colors ,fonts and; layout. Support applied a partial fix but confirmed issues remain as bugs w/no timeline advised staying on an older version. Months later, newer versions sit behind a paywall. This left me w/unresolved issues and no clear upgrade options. Archetype theme still broke. A premium I had for 3 mos. Should offer better continuity and; support. Useless
