I had a great experience with customer support. I'd been looking for an outdated version, and they were very responsive - which I really appreciated. Nice theme also.

TERRIBLE THEME WITH AWFUL SUPPORT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ich musste die Lizens kaufen damit mein gesperrter Shop wieder funktionierte. Diese 500.- hätte ich definitiv anderst verwänden können.

The theme is beautiful, and exactly what I need for my business. I don’t have a huge range of products but it does really well. Excellent customer service, I’ve run in to trouble a few times trying to figure things out (not very tech savvy 😅) and the team has been incredible at helping me sort it out!

Recently I had an issue. I am not tech savvy. I used to have a coder prepared my site with Impulse Theme. I scrambled to fix it. First turned to Shopify Support. They cannot help me and directed me to Impulse Theme as I used this theme. Miguels from Impulse Theme is extremely patient, guided me, fed me information and fixed my issue. Theme layout and support are Fantastic

It is a good reliable theme, we have it for years. But the design has basically not changed in past five years and looks in the meantime a bit dated I find. And the design options are somewhat limited, e.g. not much flexibility to change the header design.

Smooth, seamless and is easy to the eyes. Also, if you need assistance or support with an issue or any concern, their support team is very helpful. Thank you very much!
