Still no reply!! BIG PROBLEM! can only be translated partially!! Initially I contacted you thru your web interface 3 times before e-mailing you directly (the one you are referring to). I have contacted the support team a few times without any response. Now I have been waiting for 2 weeks since the last request for help.
