They market this as a mobile friendly theme. This is not the case. You can not set seperate images for mobile in hero banners. Neither are the theme making the images responsive for mobile. I also had alot of problems with pagespeed on this theme. The theme does not have a customer support chat, and when I send them an email it takes a week to get a (organic) reply. Would not recommend this

As a novice in this field, Impulse has been wonderful to use, easy to learn and we love the design! Their support got back to me very quickly with the solution to my inquiry. Nice work done here.

Impulse is a very robust theme which gives you lots of options for design and functionality. It works also very well for mobile device. The support is always excellent, usually taking 12-24 hours from time of email request.

I was asked to rate the support. This is quite difficult because what I received is more than simple support. They helped me quickly and competently with my question. Always result-oriented, creative and in an absolutely friendly and pleasant manner. Thank you Phoebe! Then a few words about the theme: It's very intuitive and after a short period of getting used to it, I get along well.
