We bought Impulse few years ago and very satisfied with the capabilities, the regular updates, the integration with other tools as well as the quick AND efficient support they provide in case you have questions. We absolutely don't regret making that decision.
We have used Impulse for almost 3 years now, we are satisfied with the theme and its functions, clean look, fast appearance and flexible layouts. The support team are awesome. Solves any issue fast and comes with suggestions for improvements when I have questions or concerns. Really recommend the theme! And the support team are really great, fast reply and solve my issues/questions directly!
Great theme. Very elegant and easy to use. Customer service is also very responsive. Regular updates so that it is kept up with Shopify's changes.
While the theme is great, I have never seen a company with such poor customer service. I have submitted forms multiple times because the theme was sending incomplete information to Google Merchant. I have tried everything but they have never gotten back to me. After initially submitting the form through the website/tech support I have waited maybe 10 business days and I have not seen support
