I have contacted the support team a few times without any responce. Now i have been waiting for 2 weeks since the last request for help.
We use this theme on theprince.dk - our customers praise it for being easy to navigate. We have used the support several times for smaller errors/adjustments and have received timely and professional support.
The theme is great. I love the design and functionality. The support is amazing. I have contacted Archetype twice so far and both times provided a speedy response with a solution.
Best theme I've ever used!! I love this theme so much its exactly what i wanted for visually! I have to say this is also the best support ive ever had from a company. I had a issue with my product images not loading correctly on my social media page, a lovely support team member took the time to fix the error in the theme just for my own website and viola! Problem solved that instantly!
