The Eight Theme's team are amazing! I had an issue with a client site I was working and they replied to my ticket within 30-minutes and had a resolved the issue in under 24-hours! The new update to Influence theme is great and client is really happy. Can't express my gratitude at the quick turnaround.

Love the theme, looked at many before purchasing this one. You can not fault the support, quick to respond and easy to follow instructions (which you don't often receive from other tech support channels).

I really don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. Great template and great tech support. If we had a problem we knew Eight Themes would solve it in less than an hour.
