Doesn't work for customers on older tablet devices. Menus dodgy on mobile view. Contacted Eight Themes countless times with screen recordings & they wont acknowledge any issues or attempt to fix. Losing customers & money daily. Waste of money & time. Extremely upset.
Thank you for your feedback - I can see from communication with our team, that the issues you are experiencing are due to the device that is being used, and the outdated software that is no longer supported by Shopify. As we are unable to provide support for software that is no longer compatible with Shopify themes, we recommend updating to the latest versions available, or using a newer device.
The theme is good, but the developers are very slow in responding to problems. They respond only once a day and it is incredibly painful to solve a complex issue with them. I don't like the customer support at all! I am solving a problem with them for almost 2 weeks and with faster responds, it could be resolved in 30 minutes...

Updated: I now love this theme. There are many features and options and I look forwards to using them when I expand my store. Most of all, the developers have been AMAZING. Originally, the theme showed blurry images (hence the reply from the developers below), but they were super awesome with communicating back and forth with me until the theme was updated. Now it looks great! Thank you.
