Two words: top notch. The theme is amply customizable - perfect for quick makeovers and seasonal turnarounds. I really liked having lots of options for content delivery and the level of detail for making tweaks and adding nuance to my site. The customer service team deserve a special mention. I ran into some trouble with a content node and they provided outstanding support. I couldn't be HAPPIER!

IRA theme is bloody amazing and neat throughout. Gives us the options to play around to design it to our needs. Definitely beginner friendly. So glad we chose this theme for our store. The design is very elegant and polished throughout; it hits the right spot between visual appeal and functional design. And the customer support is stellar! The design is good but that's it! Very bad customer service, they take very long before answering simple questions, if not asking for money in exchange for help which is unacceptable when you pay that amount for a template. Make many basic Shopify tools impossible to use, lot of confusion between the two, very limitative when you want to precise some app or tool functions. I regret buying it!
