I had a couple of issues synchronizing the theme’s layout to the conception I had of my website, but the dev team took the time to help me solve these issues at no extra cost. Well done!

it's been hard to find a theme for shopify for small indie labels... the creators have been super helpful with coding and figuring things out. highly recommended with great customer service.

So far we are so happy with the Label theme. Its turned out beautiful and very easy to edit to our style. We contacted support to ask for a few adjustments and we were met with absolute professionalism and kindness. Lynsey took care of some coding for us so quickly and made everything perfect. Very happy we chose switch for our theme.

I love this theme and more so the customer service. Every time I had an issue - one of their rep's Nikita would get back to me immediately and even helped out with some minor customizations. They were with me until the very end when my website was complete and I'm super happy with the design and layout. I couldn't ask for more. Definitely will be purchasing other themes from this studio!!
