WORST COMPANY EVER! They don’t support their customers, they just take your money and run with it. Launch by pixel union is a joke! Theme looks great on the outside, but it’s full of bugs that the developers will do everything they can to avoid helping you. Do yourself a favour and avoid anything made by Pixel union like the plague. Unhelpful support that play dumb to obvious issues.
Too many bugs are coming up. Even basic functions like "register account", "reset account password"... Then, since those bugs need to be fixed , I tried to activate the password page and... It doesn't work... another bug? They told me that with the next theme update everything would be ok, but in the mean time I already did a lot of customization to the theme.. Not Happy
Very happy with look and feel of theme and so impressed with the customer service! Susie has been wonderful answering our questions and giving advice. We are beginners, definitely no coding experience and we are thankful for the support provided by Pixel Union and looking forward to using our site going forward.
Launch is a great theme, easy & fun to use! And even better, the customer support at Pixel Union is amazing. Very responsive, friendly and truly helpful in many ways. I am looking forward to use this theme to its utmost over time.
