Functionality updates

• Added support for combined listing (only available for Shopify Plus merchants).
• Added support for upcoming increase of variants per product limit (up to 2000 variants per product, as Shopify will introduce this feature).

For these features we've completely rewritten the architecture of the product variant selector, moving the logic from a JS only solution to a mix between the Section Rending API & Vanilla JS. We're using caching methods to ensure a smooth experience when changing variants, and doing so we've been able to increase the performance of the product pages. Combined listing product pages will be treated as separate product pages, so this will involve refreshing the entire page when a combined listing option is changed.
