Upgraded our shop House.Boutique to LOFT and immediately received several alerts from Google Search Console warning of errors in theme code that unless fixed could negatively impact search coverage. LOFT developer said "would require quite a number of modifications outside the scope of our theme support". Conclusion 1) LOFT is critically flawed 2) Don’t expect any support 3) Expect to lose traffic

Great theme with a great support team!

Love this theme, and the support is excellent, beyond expected.

Our business has been on this Theme over a year now. We have tried to be patient but there are simply too many problems. The theme is not CRO optimised and one big issue are items are put into the cart and there is no pop up. The theme is also slow at a site speed of 28 which is slower than similar sites. Support is very slow and unfocused also you create a new support ticket and they don't get it

The support team at Trailblaze Media rock! I reported an issue and received same day response addressing my questions. Through testing, I identified a couple of issues I had not seen, and they were able to resolve my issues the same day! Niles and Nick are very responsive and knowledgeable.
