I've tried multiple themes on Shopify and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Not only is the theme extremely buggy and doesn't support multiple variant levels well, the support was non existent. After 4 weeks of no response I requested a theme refund from Shopify which wasn't granted because its a third party "app". Don't buy.
We love this theme :) Excellent design, search function, usability. Nick and the support team are also great! They always helped us quickly. (※Unfortunately they don't have the Japanese date format to use.All date in English also errors in Japan.)
