This theme has been great! Very appealing visually, lots of functionality, and super fast service when we did need some help from the development team. Recommend!!
We found a serious display issue that we couldn't fix ourselves. It's been several days since we asked for support and got no response. If you don't know how to edit code, DO NOT buy this theme. Update, they got back to me and solved the problem, thanks.
I have had the Loft Theme installed on my store for 4 months now and it has really improved the look of my store and conversion rate. We fixed a couple of bugs relating to the mobile drawer and how it performed on various mobile browsers, along with a small adjustment to the cart page's item image to ensure the picture uses the available space.
